This morning I achieved a squat PR!!! I was able to squat 120 lbs for 10 reps!!!
Last week I bumped up from 90 lbs to 100lbs and was able to do 3 sets of 10 reps each with 100lbs. So this morning, I wanted to shoot for 120 lb
squats. I did a warm up set of 15 reps
with 90 lbs, then another set of 12 reps with 100lbs. Then I went for my PR…120lbs! I was able to squat 10 reps with that weight,
and I am so freaking excited!!! My goal
is to squat 140 lbs by mid May, and I’m right on track!! I forgot to take a picture this morning, but next time I will for sure! :)
